• Completed Mr. Stockstead
• Derk Schwieger (called for cross examination) - investigation of Ms. Le's complaint
  
• Dave Ramberg - Assistant City Attorney with Kelley & Faucett
  
• Bruce Anderson - Former Parks and Recreation Director
  
• John Banick - Former Deputy Police Chief - Copeland background investigation.

The Copeland background report was admitted into evidence but for the moment is sealed.

Thursday may see the completion of the plaintiff's presentation. With Friday and Monday excluded from the calendar, the tentative expectation is for all testimony to be completed next Tuesday.
