Hearings begin today for bus, light-rail fare increases

The first in a series of public hearings will be held tonight in Blaine, with other meetings scheduled through July 15. New Metro Mobility fares would be $4 during weekday rush hours and $3 at other times. ... THURSDAY, JULY 10: 6:30-7:30 p.m. Maplewood Community Center 2100 White Bear Av., Maplewood
