With the proper orchestration, visitor presentations can seem like the overture in an opéra comique.

At the September 28, 2009 council meeting, a father-daughter resident team decided to do a little staff bashing concerning the costs of hiring consultants like Kimley Horn and SEH (complete with pie charts!).



Amazingly, a couple of hours later Ms. Longrie is busy doing a little staff bashing concerning the costs of hiring consultants like Kimley Horn and SEH.



It is good that the council hears authentic citizen voices.
