Calendar updated

The MVWiki meeting calendar is up to date, including the council agendas for next Monday.

The 'open' portion of the 5:00PM workshop is scheduled for presentations on the city manager hiring process.

The regular council meeting includes consideration of a revised agenda format, featuring a start time of 6:30PM, and a split format for Visitor Presentations. Any presenters not heard by 7:00PM will have another crack at the end of the meeting. This could make for some interesting peer pressure during the 6:30-7:00 slot.
